I was selected for the role after completing the interview process and assessment. However, during the final stage, additional responsibilities were discussed that differed from the original Job Description, including sales-related tasks. A three-year employment contract with specific notice period conditions with no pay during notice period was also introduced at a later stage, which had not been communicated earlier. There was also further discussion around compensation after initial agreement.
