It was friendly, calm, and smart, like friendship talk. I had 3 steps. Talked to the CEO, Management, and HR. All interviewers were positive and smiling. They didn't ask stupid questions but did many examples and really needed things for this role. Not many theoretical questions, mostly practical. We talked as professionals. It was pleasant.
