First recruiter call, asked about me and scheduled next round, she Asked 5 questions regarding SQL, Snowflake, window functions and recursion CTE. Have answered all the questions but not sure why I was rejected. may be she didn't satisfied with my answers.

I had 3 interviews with the tech team and the interview process was quick. On final interview, I was asked to come onsite and had a discussion on design and implementation for one of their usecase. The interview went well but later got a NO OFFER mail from recruiter saying that they are looking person with extensive experience who can lead the team. Hearing that i felt that the Interview was complete rip off and I was clueless as no one asked about my management skills or in the job description. They have changed the title now to Lead Data Engineer and posted it again. It was waste of time for everyone, the team should know their base requirement before posting jobs.
