i applied online and received a phone call the next day to set up an interview. I went in for the interview fully prepared for the "what are your best qualities" and the "why do you want this job". Boy was I wrong. He sat me down and immediately started asking me the most personal questions I've ever been asked on an interview, such as "what is one thing about you that you don't want me to know". Not only was I nervous but I felt uncomfortable then when he didn't want to deal with me anymore he sent me over to the COO's office, who clearly was busy and didn't want me there, to answer all of my questions about the company. After that I received an email a few days later saying I didn't get the job. Very unprofessional even if it was a personal assistant job.
