Virtual interview with different members of the sales management team. Good insight into the different sales channels and the go-to market approach. Starting in an entry level position to learn the basics and will then move to an inside sale representative role to sell the big fans.

Process was pretty straight forward and actually pretty interesting compared to other interviews I've had. They start with a recorded interview (thanks Covid). There's a screen pops up with the interview questions and you record yourself on video answering. It ends with a fun question. Then, you do a video interview with current manager, and an employee in similar role with seniority. Finally, you interview with 2 other managers.
