All about you as a person, they want to know if you will fit into the team, confidence is key, everyone is really nice, experience is good but not needed.
Super chilled interview, just asked basic questions about my experience and bar staff questions but informed me at the start that they had no idea how to interview someone. Very friendly and welcoming
