The interview process was excessive and exemplified a very startup type of interview. There was an initial phone screening, which was standard and simple. Then if you get called back, you have to make a 30 min presentation about your previous experiences/research and showcase how you could benefit the company to the entire research group (roughly 20+ young researchers). Afterwards, you meet with almost all of those 20+ people spread among 5-7 groups. Each group of interviewees comes in (somewhat unprepared) with your resume and asks you a million and one questions about your work/previous research and tests your science knowledge in hopes of scoping your personality and expertise. Even though you already presented your previous work, be prepared to repeat yourself again and again to the multiple groups. The interview took 4 hours, which I didn't feel was necessary as it was dragged out and repetitive. Note: this is a booming start-up, so don't expect a lot of organization nor competitive pay. Response post interview is slow (no response = not hired). The company tends to "scope" the market and not have a true desire to hire.

One HR screening interview, followed by multi-round technical interviews. Took a few weeks to hear back from recruiter in between interviews. Offer was extended by recruiter with no room for negotiation.

I applied in Jan 2022
I got the first screening link after 1 days of applying.
My interview process was as follows,
1. Had 1 screening round with HR
2. Technical round with VP
3. 30 min Presentation followed by 6 - 30 min sessions out of 8 scheduled interviews.
End result, they said they would hire me but never received an offer letter for months. Very bad experience with the company seems like too much politics, miscommunication and false hope.
Good luck with your search.
