Pre-screening interview with the Talent Acquisitions Team followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The initial interview was a phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. The second interview was virtual and it lasted about 30 minutes.

1 phone interview with recruiter and 1 video call with the hiring manager. Everyone was very nice and the interview was simple. Asking about past work experience, customer service skills, why do I want to work for beyond finance, etc
