I applied through the website; contacted initially by HR; follow-up interview with office managing partner. Then a five-person interview (30 min each) with attorneys of varying experience at the firm.

Applied and had a screening interview set up within the week. It was brief and conversational, with an attorney from a different office from the one I was applying for. A bit awkward, but the interviewer was nice.

Entretien
The interview process included one initial interview and then a call back with six more attorneys. I got a feel for the entire firm by talking to six partners in my office, as the firm is quite small. It immediately gave off a very collegial vibe.
