The call was canceled via email at 11 pm the night before because the meeting time was too early. It took over a week for the recruiter to get back to me to reschedule. The recruiter was friendly enough on the call.
I was told I'd move to the next stage of the interview process, only to get a generic email over a week later saying they were no longer considering me. The company announced significant layoffs less than two weeks later.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BetterUp
Entretien
This was such a strange experience. I applied for a role, and it was two months before I got an email from the recruiting team requesting an interview, which didn't take place for another 6 weeks. It went very well, and I was told to expect an invite for the second interview later that week. I sent my thank you email and waited to hear back.
Well, I never did hear back, so I decided to send another follow-up email about two weeks after our call. It was another two weeks before I got a response in which they told me things move VERY quickly at BetterUp and the role (which was an entirely different role than the one I had actually applied and interviewed for) had been filled. They then gave me a broken link that was supposed to drive me to their open careers page.
Honestly, it was so sloppy and unimpressive I think I would have declined to move forward with the process based on my experience to that point.
Very unprofessional and confusing, to say the least.
