Entretien
Multiple rounds of interviews with various teams which took close to 8-10 hours in total time (not including prep) over the course over several weeks.
They have you do presentations, role play, do research on c-suite of non-clients they want to sell to, etc. They also ask you for your ideas on how to grow the company, which they can in turn implement.
I made it through 10 rounds and had approval from 9 including the person I would directly work for. The head of sales didn't like one of my answers and declined me.
I have learned since that most people I interviewed with are no longer there (high turn over) except for the head of sales. At least they were honest about how the mission and culture of the company is separate from the sales group.
Which is kind of sad when you think about how many on the sales teams struggle with mental health / balance due to the demands placed on them by BetterUp.

The interview process at BetterUp was top-notch! The entire process was seamless and one of the best experiences I've had with an organization. A highlight for me was the ability to interview with multiple people within the organization because it helped me gain a true understanding of the company, overall cultural fit and their commitment to success as a team. The Recruiter was fantastic - always following-up in a timely manner, willing to answer any questions and providing a really clear path on next steps during each phase of the process. The majority of the interviews used behavioral questions. 10+ experience.
