The recruiter I dealt with was fine, but the process is incredibly drawn out, slow, and the cherry on top is a completely unnecessary 5th interview with a cofounder. It's a 250 person company at time of this review and someone from CSuite is involved in every final candidates process. This isn't cool, its a red flag. They also failed to inspire me. The org reeks of micromanagement and control issues stemming from the top. Didn't take the offer, it was good from a salary standpoint, but there are too many red flags with the people and culture of being overworked within the organization. They'll not dispel it either -- multiple employees at different levels confirmed they like their coworkers but struggled with long hours and lack of connection due to it being remote-first.
