My first interview with the internal recruiter went very well, I was moved on to speak with an Executive the next day. Incredibly arrogant, and he did the Google Meet from his bed. I know that we are all working from home, but that was beyond unprofessional. I would not recommend working for a company that would be so insincere in the hiring process.

5 step interview process 1. Recruiter call (30 min) 2. Hiring Manager Interview (30-60 min) 3. Additional Sales Leadership Interview (30-60 min) 4. Virtual Onsite (3 hours) 5. Executive Interview - VP Sales (30-60 min) Overall it was a pretty standard interview process. They had a couple of case studies/presentations they wanted you to walk through and build, so took some time to prepare. Everyone I spoke to was very nice/professional. I wasn't offered the role. The only criticism would be to give more feedback on why. I was told I made it very far in the process and most don't, but they went with someone else. With the amount of time spent preparing/interviewing it would have been good to get some concrete feedback on why I wasn't selected to learn from for future interviews.
