The interview process was quick and responsive. I had a tech screen and three interviews. The tech screen took about an hour through one of the programming testing services and was my first interaction with the company.
I had four interviews. A verbal one with the hiring manager. A half-day programming one with the hiring manager and a colleague. A verbal one with one of the other Directors we commonly work with, outside of the programming realm. And a final one with several of the Directors and Founders.
I found the interviews pleasant and the people friendly. The overall interview process took less time than my interviews with any other company that I applied with.
