Thorough, well-organized, and efficient. The recruiter I worked with was very responsive and kept me informed of next steps and what the process was. Even though it changed throughout, they explained the changes to make me feel comfortable moving forward.

A recruiter called for an initial 30 minute interview to discuss the role, she spoke really fast and didn't leave much time for questions but covered most of the basics about the role. I had to wait almost 2 months for the next training class to become available to initiate a secondary interview and by that time I was told that the name of the role I had been applying for had changed as well as the recruiter who was working with my application. Finally there was an hour long interview consisting of 30 minutes where I did a mock sales call and then another 30 minutes for the most formal part of the interview with a manager. Everything seemed fine & professional but I didn't get the feeling that I "clicked" with the team members I met with. I recieved an email about a week later that they had to make tough decisions & went with candidates slightly more qualified than myself but that I was welcome to reapply.

3 back to back interviews with one mock sales call at the end. The objective of the mock sales call is to walk the customer through different options of credit cards and sign up for credit cards.
