As professionals, we understand that not every candidate can be selected for a role. However, it is reasonable to expect basic correspondence, regardless of the outcome. Maintaining open lines of communication is not only a matter of professional courtesy, but it also fosters a positive candidate experience and reflects well on the company's reputation.
