Facetime interview with recruiter was pretty easy. Gave an overview of the job and then setup an interview with the CEO. Interview with CEO was a joke. He called and summarized the role, then asked if he could Facetime. Then asked for an in person interview to continue interview. Upon arrival Kaiser advised he had another meeting in 10 mins, then rushed the so called interview, asking the same questions he had asked on the initial phone interview, which was obvious he just wanted to see what I looked like in person. That evening he texted to apologize for rushing, and that will hear back soon, in which i didn’t respond because the entire process was unprofessional.
