Very easy but lacking in accountable and lacking in ensuring a good experience by prospective employees. Emailed the manager. Got an interview in-house 2 days later with the head of support and the CMO. They were very interested and emailed me later to consider joining them. I replied and then received no response for almost a week so I had to check back in to get a 180 pulled on me and found out they wanted someone much more junior ($16/hour) due to their budget. It felt a bit like being led on and the salary offer was quite low for the market rate. If you're being serious with candidates reply promptly and with what you can and can't offer in writing; the person shouldn't have to wait over a week after expecting an offer.
