Thank you for the feedback. Your Nutrition Technician candidate call was for a job with one of our Employer Partners (Kroger) through our Besomebody Paths program, not for a job at Besomebody, Inc. It appears that you are referencing an informational call that takes place prior to our online assessment process. For Besomebody Paths, we do not ask typical 'interview questions. The majority of our evaluation process comes from our online application and conative assessment (the 'personality test' you reference above). If there is a match with both, then we invite candidates for registration (which includes paying tuition) for one of our 4-week training programs. Once our candidates graduate the training, they are placed into a guaranteed job with our pre-identified Employer partner. Sorry for the confusion, and thanks again for your comment. - Kash
