Entretien
The hiring process may vary depending on a number of factors. Preliminary interviews are conducted by the Team Leads and sometime other core team members based on the position the applicant applied for. There are about 2 steps to the preliminaries - skill assessment and then a one-one interview. It is not difficult but there is a lot of strict but implicit scrutiny.
The second phase may involve multiple interviews or just one but that depends on the prospective candidate. The partners/board is involved in these interviews and a lot depend on the availability of the partners. Additionally there are some background checks during this phase of interviews.
Finally there is the negotiation phase and this is fairly straight forward and simple. If a candidate has reached this phase it is smooth sailing from here on out.
