I was contacted by a third-party recruiting agency to apply to this job. I submitted my resume through them and made it through the first round of interviews with the President/CEO. It was a little weird to start with the President/CEO but this position would be reporting to him until they hired a VP of Sales/Marketing. He asked standard interview questions--nothing too crazy. He was very personable and made an effort to get to know me as well.
