I applied online to several schools and before I completed my job search session I had recieved a response from the Human Resource Manager. The requested that I come in for an interview ASAP. The following week I went for my interview. They were waiting for me when I arrived, and were very pleasant and enthusiastic. The interview itself was very casual; they asked a little bit about my background and what I knew of Berlitz. They then proceeded to tell me about the materials they use in the classroom. They have it all laid out for you...everything. You simply need to overview the chapter prior to the class and follow the schedule. We chatted alittle about Spain, how we arrived, where we came from and what we liked. They also forwarded me some information about what additional documents I require - surprisingly information I hadn't seen before.

2-week guest teaching then an offer to stay, plenty of experiences made. Could try out working with the team and get used to teaching their courses with the Berlitz method.
