After being reached out directly from the company, I had a phone interview with the Supply Chain Director. I felt great after the interview and in fact we had a video call and then another phone interview . Unfortunately,the week passed with no contact or feedback from the company. I reached out at the two week mark via email and phone and did not hear back at all. I find it extremely unprofessional when a company will not respond after you have begun the interview process, especially after three interviews.

Entretien
The process was pretty straightforward and well organized. After an initial phone screening, I interviewed with both the hiring manager and the branch manager, which provided a clear understanding of the role.
