Assessment Centre involved some group tasks and technical individual tasks as well as a straight competency interivew. Final interview was 10 minute presentation on policy, followed by 5 questions and then an opportunity to speak to the interviewers. Took precisely 14 days to hear back

Assessment centre for land and planning graduate role. First task was a group task in which you had to describe your partner. Second task involved planning a potential new development. Final task was a 1-on-1 interview.
