      I applied through university of california san diego career fair. And I was given digital interview, which took me 30 minutes. They seem like they really are interested in people who are good at C++

      Contacted by LinkedIn. Recieved an medium difficulty online test (1:30htime limit), with multiple choice questions and a C++ coding challenge No feedback after the test, even after asking for it multiple times! I don't recommend wasting time with them!

      Multiple choice questions, not only programming. A C++ coding challenge, medium difficulty. Be careful not to refactor the code, because you can't undo that.

      The interview process consisted of three rounds: a coding round, a techno-managerial round, and a two-hour-long technical interview. The technical interview, in particular, was comprehensive and gave me insights into the company's commitment to technical excellence. The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, which made the experience all the more rewarding. However, my enthusiasm began to wane during the post-interview phase. After the final interview, the HR department contacted me with good news – I was informed that the response was positive, and they would provide me with final details within two days. Regrettably, this is where the communication breakdown occurred. Despite my attempts to follow up, the HR representative has not responded to my calls or emails. While my overall impression of Bentley Systems is favorable based on the interview process and the quality of the interviews, the post-interview communication has left me in a state of uncertainty. I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial to both candidates and the company. It's my hope that Bentley Systems can address this aspect of their recruitment process to provide a more transparent and candidate-friendly experience in the future.

      The process was really long, longest I ever participated in. Not that it had this many steps, just a very long wait between them. The process included a screen with recruiter, then two technical interviews (one 1:1, one panel). Then I got ghosted for many weeks and only found out another candidate was chosen after following up with the recruiter.
