I had two rounds of interviews, the first one was a phone interview with the hiring manager and the second one was face to face with the hiring manager and his boss. The interview was friendly and was held in a restaurant. The questions were related to my previous experience and since I had researched well about the prospective employer the discussions went well. They also encourage you to ask questions. I heard back from them in 3 weeks time.
