I had a phone interview and was asked a few appropriate questions for the position I was being considered for, at the time I had not known that I was applying for a contracted position. I was caught off guard when they told me I had to go to JSG to fill out my onboarding paperwork. Prior to this experience, I did not know that a contractor position was the same as a temporary employee. So, I honestly do not know if I applied for a contractor position or if they posted it as a permanent position. I am pretty sure I applied to a contractor position.
