A bunch of hours of assessments (probably close to 15 total). After those a behavioural interview, then 2 technical interviews. The assessments are divided in tranches but they are more long than difficult

Entretien
I sent in my CV and cover letter to Bending Spoons and they got back to me within a week with a maths task. I really do not understand how these have any bearing on how good you will be at your job. Filled with double negatives, not an enjoyable experience. I hope companies will, one day, give more appropriate testing material when recruiting.
