The process was very smooth. I was first invited to answer, at my own pace, a set of quizzes to assess logical reasoning. After that, I had a three interviews, one by People Operations and two technical, and a couple more quizzes.
At any point I had a clear reference on how the process would proceed, who to contact for information and what to expect in each call.

Question 1
There were essentially three types of questions. Logical quizzes were asked both via an online form and in the interview with People Operations. The technical interviews focused on the technical question and previous experience. I was also asked, both in the online form and in the People Operations interview, questions about my expectations and my ideal place to work
Lots of technical question testsThere are a lot of technical question tests and there is also a form of personal questions like this, but I didn't get to the point of a personal interview, even though they are very selective in these technical tests.

Online assessements with scenarios on logic and probabilities. Can't go into detail as there is an NDA, but you are given certain statements and must do logical inference. Passed first round that had 6 assessments then failed on the second.

Il colloquio ha previsto molti step, a partire da quiz di logica online, per proseguire con 3 colloqui orali: uno hr, uno di problem solving, e l'ultimo con il team AI
