This has been so far my best selection process experience. Considering the number of applicants I got feedback quite in a short time. I got the chance to try 2 sets of problem-solving challenges and it was so fun. I really appreciate how unconventional this was. Special thanks go to the recruiter, Irene, who was real support and helped out when necessary. Even though I wasn't able to move for other phases and to eventually get the job, it will remain a great inspiration that things can be done differently and still with an open heart.
