They were incredible, everything went super smooth, they were very kind. First you're submitting your CV and cover letter, then you're given a few tasks to do so they can see if you can handle the work, but don't worry, it is very easy and pleasant.

The selection process is long and time consuming on the part of the candidate but it is very stimulating. In my case it lasted more than 4 months but it depends on various factors. Send CV and cover letter, if you pass the selection you are contacted to perform a series of tests (mainly logic) that have variable duration but in all take about 6 or 7 hours depending on the role. If you pass the tests then you are contacted to make a first cognitive interview with the recruiter. If you pass the interview you are contacted for a slightly more technical interview with some future colleagues. A couple of contacts are also requested as references. If you pass all the steps then you are made a proposal which if accepted leads to the drafting of the contract.
