The overall process was quite long and consisted of different steps. After a CV screening I went through a first online quiz and after that a session of problem solving. I was then interviewed twice: the first interview was non technical, the following one was more focused on problem solving and more challenging. Overall I liked the fact that they focused more on how I would approach to a problem rather than very technical aspects. It was very standardized and they tried to keep it as impersonal as they could, though still being very friendly and open during the interviews. I was not offered a position as they found other candidates to be more suitable than me. However, I was called for a different job some weeks later, which in my opinion demonstrated their effort to find the best match for each job offered and the best job for each candidate.
