First step - CV screening Second step - an online test that consisted of 3 questions not relevant to the position which lasted 4 hours in total Third step - an interview with the HR lasted 30 min In general, my experience with this company and its representative (HR) is negative because the selection process is super long even for the lowest position, like an Hourly Helper, that does not even offer any privileges or at least a status working in the company. This position is more for freelancers as they do not offer any schedule or a contract. Furthermore, during my interview, the HR was unable to answer simple questions about the position saying that she is not competent in this sphere. In the end, more than two weeks later I got the result of the interview which was negative without any precise explanation or feedback. It was just a template saying that their selection process is subjective. I do not recommend this company to people that do not want to waste their time!
