The recruitment process was pretty long (in my case, 2 months) and involved multiple steps: first screening, then an assignment to test UX principles and a few written questions on work style and personality, followed by timed logic tests, an interview with a recruiter, a two-week long design project and then a final interview with a team member. They also asked for references. Though the process was really long, the team was very nice and supportive along the way and responsive to my emails and any questions I had.
