I withdrew after receiving the first assessment.
The entire process is automated over email with no human interaction until the final stages. The first task is a 45-minute proctored test that records your camera, microphone, and entire screen. Not just the browser - YOUR ENTIRE SCREEN. For basic logic and programming questions.
Before starting, you sign an NDA threatening legal action in Milan courts if you discuss the test questions. Clearly there to stop candidates sharing how invasive the process is.
If you need this level of surveillance to assess engineers, your hiring is broken. I'm not working somewhere that treats candidates like criminals.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Task #1:
This task consists of seven closed-ended and numerical questions. It requires logic, numeracy, and an understanding of the basics of programming principles and common data structures.
It's recommended to have a pen, some paper, and a calculator at hand to solve the problems.
In some cases, you might find it more efficient—although not strictly necessary—to tackle some questions while writing and executing some simple code in your language of choice. You won’t be asked to submit any code.

There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
