They reached out via email to schedule an interview last fall, it was in person and maybe 15-20 minutes. The interview was incredibly casual and everyone was friendly, I think I was only asked 2 or 3 questions the entire time and the rest of it was them explaining the role and its progression. I was told it went well and I just needed an interview with the other owner, as he wasn't available that day, before they could extend an offer. Unfortunately, despite following up twice, I never heard from anyone there again. I'm aware that some companies find it easier/more efficient to ghost interviewees than send a rejection, but it was odd based on how eager they all seemed during my interview. Additionally, based on what I saw of everyone else in the office, I don't think anyone was too busy to give me a heads up that I'd been passed over. Overall, the experience changed my impression from "laid back" to "unprofessional".
