Bellevie have a very innovative way of doing the interview process. There is a brief discussion about the role abs a few general questions about yourself and then a workshop which has a minimum of 2 people in and one of the coaches from the area joins and talks about the role in more detail and has a few scenarios which you work as a fan to solve. It really gets to know people and isn’t intimidating like your typical interview process
