      Entretien

Screening Call: This initial call with a recruiter or HR representative is designed to verify your basic qualifications and interest in the role. You will likely discuss your previous experience, why you're interested in the job, and what your career goals are. You might also discuss logistical details such as availability, salary expectations, and relocation. Technical Phone Interview: In this stage, you might have a phone or video call with a senior developer or a technical lead. This person will ask you more in-depth questions about your technical skills, past projects, and understanding of Java and related technologies. You might be asked to solve coding problems, possibly on a platform that allows for live coding. Coding Challenge / Take-Home Assignment: Some companies might give you a coding assignment to be completed in your own time. This assignment will likely involve writing code in Java and will be designed to test your problem-solving skills, coding ability, and knowledge of Java. On-Site Interview: This is usually the final and most intensive stage of the interview process. You'll visit the company's office and meet with multiple people, including potential teammates, managers, and sometimes even high-level executives. You can expect to face a mix of technical questions, problem-solving exercises, and behavioral questions. You might also be asked to solve whiteboard coding problems. Offer: If the on-site interview goes well, the company may extend a job offer. This will include details about the salary, benefits, start date, and other terms of employment.
