My interview was successful and took about 3 weeks in total. First there was a screening phone call with an HR representative. Second, an in-person interview with the project and third, a skills test to show professional ability. The first two stages were more difficult than the third, but the overall process was worth the effort. I began working within a week of signing my offer letter.
