Entretien
Initial communication was via team Admin Assistant who immediately set up a face-to-face interview with one of the team's directors. First interview was in one of the meeting rooms. The first interview was unexpectantly quick and to the point, lasting only 15 mins due to a work emergency the director had to tend to. I immediately got recommended with a follow-up intervaiew with a second director. The second interview was in the director's own office who questioned me more on my softer skills eventhough role is in IT. Next, a couple of existing team members (same role as the one I was interviewing for) were invited by the director to join the interview. It was difficult to gauge my interview performance as the director was not very revealing ... constantly asking the same questions as before ... perhaps to check the consistency of my answers. The second interview lasted about 2 hours and I was given opportunity to ask my own questions - which I took advantage of.

Entretien
There were 2 interviews , the first was to get to know the hiring manager and the second one of his colleagues. The interview process was easy and pleasant. The interviewers were friendly and listened to my answers.
