simple and straight forward. Don't offer ANY BS, they'll see right through it. Be honest and have specific, big picture examples on how you can make a difference and have a great impact, while keeping turnover low.

Entretien
Interviewed with 3 people including Store Manager, Regional and VP. That was then followed with a round of interviews at the division level. All were very informative and low key.
