I was already working for he company when I was approached to take the counter manager position. I was approached informally a few times by the store manager and the department manager. Once I communicated interest I was set up for a phone interview with the account coordinator and received an offer the next day.

I applied online and immediately heard back from one store, and was then recommended to another. Between the talent plus interview and phone interviews with different managers, the process took quite some time but I was offered it in the end.
