Entretien
I applied for job through the Belk website and was called for an interview in less than a week. I met initially with HR who asked me a series of questions and had me fill out more paperwork. The interview lasted over an hour and she discussed responsibilities of the position and had me fill out a test online to see if I was compatible with a management position. Test was hard and you had no time to prepare and no time to answer questions.
After interview with HR, I was set up with an interview the next day with Manager of Entire Store. Interview lasted about 30 mins and he briefly scanned over my resume and asked me to describe my former jobs and the roles with them. After a week, I did not get a response, so I emailed the Manager. He told me I was not a fit for the department they were looking for, but I should set up an interview at a store near by. A week later, I was called by the store manager because he was advised from other management to speak with me. I interviewed for the same position, which lasted roughly 30 mins and we went over the same questions as previous 2 interviews. Two weeks went by with no response so I emailed the manager. Have never heard back from him and the job has still been posted for several months now at both locations.

Entretien
Interview process was very pleasant, I found the conversation to be authentic and easy going. Very knowledgeable and informative about the company's history through to present day policies and procedures. Answered all questions that I had.

Interview with Store Manager and then District Manager. Talking about leadership ,driving sales,holding people accountable. What customer service looks like. Speaking numbers when corporate comes to visit the store. Long hours and holidays.

Entretien
My first interview was with the Store Manager. Upon successfully meeting the SM requirements I then interviewed with the Regional Hiring Manager in person at the same location. My third and final interview was with the Vice President of sales for the region I applied for. I had an offer within a few days of my final interview with the VP of Sales.

Question 1
My first interview was with the Store Manager and lasted over an hour. I was asked questions varying from my past professional experience to what my mentoring style is to how comfortable I was with a difficult employee, as well as how I have handled difficult employees in the past etc,. I was also asked about my management style toward employees when encouraging increases in their key performance indicators.
My second interview with the Regional Hiring Manager was a recap of my experience. A deeper why of my decision to apply to a big box based on the boutique setting I was currently working in. I was given very honest answers to my questions and felt it was a welcoming but serious meeting.
My third interview was via the phone, lasted approximately 30 min and asked very similar questions regarding my experience but I was also given an honest picture of what my job expectations would be and a realistic impression of the work load.
