Went through a 3 interview process with Area Sales Manager, Regional Coordinator and Merchandising coordinator.
The only professional person to interview me was the Regional Coordinator.
The other two were disorganized and inattentive and appeared to not want to be there.

15 minute phone interview, then had in person interview set. Had 2 in person interviews and was told I would hear back from them within a week. No job offer was made

applied in store was call 3 weeks later for interview, 1st interview was very easy, 2nd interview had to travel a distance to meet the regional manager.followed up next day with offer contingent on background check, personalty test and skills test. HR was very helpful

There really wasn't a structured interview. They recruited me as new talent. They really just wanted to know if I had any questions about the position and we discussed salary.
