The recruitment process had four stages and went really smoothly, I think we wrapped it all up within two weeks of me sending in my CV.
I'd rate the intro call with the recruiter really highly - it was a natural, open conversation. The questions weren't generic, the things she asked actually showed me who they care about, what the work vibe is like, and what's expected of a candidate for this role.
In the final interview, I got to meet the people I'll be working with directly, and we had the chance to talk through one of the real topics I'll be handling during my time at Bejamas.
At every stage of the process, the Bejamas team was super responsive and kept me clearly updated on the status of my application.

The biggest thing was working through a real challenge someone in this role would actually face. We picked one priority topic, and that gave the managers a way to see my creative approach and also dig into how I'd handle the execution and management of the project.
