My first interview started with basic questions to get to know me professionally as well as some background on my interviewer and the company itself. Following the intro my interviewer got into my professional past, achievements and areas where I believe I need improvement. We had a nice discussion on the industry and its demands that we are familiar with.
My second interview dove deeper into my professional background- specifically skills I have picked up, how I can handle time management and my experience with budget management.
Overall I feel both interviews were thorough and not as intimidating as other interviews I have had. I enjoyed speaking with both interviewers and recommend applying, if you are interested.

Red flag after red flag. Interviewer appeared not interested and not prepared, the conversation lasted 30 min max and I was then asked to complete 2.5h long online personality test. The results that came back were ridiculous. These test belong to 90's and were proven multiple times to be inaccurate. Bullet dodged

The interviewer came unprepared. The initial 10 minutes of the meeting were spent waiting as she waited for HR to forward my resume and then silently reviewed it. The interview itself was direct, focusing mostly on STAR-related questions. I have since been contacted by two different headhunters about the same role. Each of the three postings had different salary offers and requirements regarding remote work.
On a positive note, the HR representative I interacted with was incredibly pleasant and responsive.
