The interview was held over the computer. Basic questions asked such as any experience, if you were okay with driving, etc. They also asked about availability and if you were comfortable going into families homes.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

straightforward and quick. asked for availibity and for drivers license and autoinsurance. Also what if i had any previous experience with children. there was an initial phone call then a virtual interview was scheduled

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
