While it's always difficult to verify the validity of an anonymous post or the true context to a question, all we can say is that all of our interviewers work hard to identify the best talent possible. Or in many cases, coach the candidate on best interview practices. Take for example the following email we recently received from a candidate who was coached despite not being a fit for a role...
"Chuck, thank you again for taking the time to talk with me yesterday. What you said and what we discussed really made me think about what I am actually looking for moving forward in my career and what that path might look like. You gave me direction in a very confusing time and I appreciate it. You could have cut me off 5 minutes into the interview because you knew that was not going to be a fit, but you didn't, you gave me a half hour of your busy schedule. I hope our paths cross at some point but if they don't, again, just wanted to say thank you. I hope that Beemac knows what they have in you. Good luck in your future."

We're sorry the interview didn't work out for you, but we wish you best of luck in your future endeavors!
