2 interviews, first with the regional manager, second with the manager you report to, if you are well prepared should be easy and comfortable. A few general questions which I believe will be asked in any interview

There were one-two informal coffee meetings and then one formal interview. During the process the people made an effort to make sure I was comfortable and gave me a good environment to do well.

Entretien
Very slow process. It took total 4 months from when I applied till I got the job. After I applied online, HR interviewed me over the phone followed by one on one interview with the managers. It was very casual but a strong focus on bringing clients to the business. Overall good experience.
