Called me on a Tuesday afternoon. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes, consisted of me detailing some past projects and engineering responsibilities. Went in the next Monday for a tour & interview with two HR associates. They told me they would move my application forward. I would check back every seven days and I never heard back, which seems to be a common issue with smaller companies.
